At Abi Tours and Travels, we value our customers and strive to deliver hassle-free travel experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to cab services and hotel bookings made through our agency. By booking with us, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Refund Policy for Cab Services
1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellation made 15 days or more before scheduled travel:
Eligible for full refund, minus transaction/bank charges (if any).

Cancellation made between 7-14 days before travel:
50% refund of the booking amount.

Cancellation made less than 7 days before travel or No Show:
No refund will be provided.

1.2 Delays & Changes
If the traveler is delayed beyond 2 hours from the scheduled pickup time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a No Show, and no refund will be given.
Changes in pickup/drop locations may attract additional charges depending on distance and route.

1.3 Company-Initiated Cancellations
If the Company is unable to provide the booked cab due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, driver illness, etc.):
A full refund will be issued, OR
An alternative cab of similar category will be arranged at no extra cost.

2. Refund Policy for Hotel Bookings
2.1 General Hotel Bookings
Cancellation made 15 days or more before check-in date:
Full refund minus non-refundable transaction/service charges.

Cancellation made between 7–14 days before check-in date:
50% refund of the booking amount.

Cancellation made less than 7 days before check-in or No Show:
No refund will be provided.

2.2 Peak Season / Special Event Bookings
For peak season (e.g., Diwali, Christmas, New Year, long weekends, temple festivals):
Hotels may apply a non-refundable policy.
In such cases, the Company will follow the hotel’s cancellation rules / policy strictly.

2.3 Early Check-Outs & No Shows
No refund will be made for unused nights in case of early check-out.
In case of a No Show (guest does not check-in), 100% booking amount will be forfeited.

3. Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving written cancellation request.
Refunds will be made via the same mode of payment used during booking.
Transaction charges, bank fees, and third-party deductions are non-refundable.

4. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
In case of cancellations or changes due to natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, government restrictions, epidemics, or other force majeure events:
Refunds will be processed as per hotel and transport provider policies.
The Company will not be liable for refunds or compensation beyond what is recovered from service partners.
